Wall Mounted Wire Stripper Tool | Scrap Wire Stripping Guide

Make stripping scrap wire faster, cleaner, and more consistent with this wall-mounted wire stripping guide from Odom Toolworks. This heavy-duty PETG tool uses eight different cable guide sizes ranging from 3 mm to 19 mm. Simply select the opening that best matches the outside diameter of your cable, insert a utility knife blade through the corresponding slot, apply light pressure, and pull the cable through.
The design keeps the cable aligned while the blade scores or cuts the outer insulation, making it useful for stripping scrap copper wire before recycling or for general shop wire preparation.

How to Use:
Mount the wire stripper to a solid surface.
Choose the opening that most closely matches the outside diameter of your cable.
Feed the cable into the selected guide.
Insert a utility knife blade through the slot corresponding to that cable size.
Apply only enough downward pressure for the blade to score or cut the insulation.
Pull the cable steadily through the guide.
Remove the insulation from the conductor.
Start with light blade pressure and increase gradually if necessary.

Mounting hardware is not included.
Proper mounting is especially important because pulling cable places force on the tool.

Material:
Each wire stripper is 3D printed from durable PETG thermoplastic for workshop and garage use.
Minor layer lines, seams, and small cosmetic variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process.


Utility knife, blades, cable, mounting hardware, and other tools shown in photographs are not included.

Safety:
Utility knife blades are extremely sharp.
Always securely mount the tool before use, keep hands clear of the blade path, use appropriate eye and hand protection, and use only the minimum blade pressure needed to cut the insulation.
